D1 Kashgar Old Town & Id Kah Mosque (L/D)
In the morning, your private tour guide will meet you at your hotel or Kashgar airport and begin your Kashgar city tour.
Start with a walking tour of Kashgar Old Town, one of the most atmospheric historic areas in southern Xinjiang. Wander through its maze of traditional streets and alleys, where you can see old residential buildings, colorful shops, handicraft workshops and lively local life. The distinctive architecture and narrow lanes provide excellent opportunities for photography and offer a glimpse into the cultural heritage of Kashgar.

Continue to the Gaotai Residential Area, a historic hillside neighborhood known for its traditional earthen houses and distinctive layout. Take a walk through the old residential quarter and discover another side of Kashgar’s architectural heritage.
In the afternoon, visit Id Kah Mosque, one of the most important historic mosques in Xinjiang and a landmark of Kashgar. Admire its traditional Islamic architecture and learn about the religious and cultural role of the mosque in the local community. Visitors should follow local regulations and dress respectfully when entering religious sites.
After sightseeing, your guide will accompany you back to your hotel for an overnight stay in Kashgar.
D2 Apak Hoja Mazar, Id Kah Mosque & Kashgar Bazaar (B/L/D)
After breakfast, drive to Apak Hoja Mazar, also known as the Fragrant Concubine Tomb or Xiangfei Tomb, in the eastern suburbs of Kashgar. This historic Islamic mausoleum complex is known for its elegant architecture, colorful glazed tiles and beautiful gardens. Explore the complex and learn about the history and legends associated with the Apak Hoja family.
Next, return toward central Kashgar and visit Kashgar Old City and Id Kah Mosque if there was not enough time to complete these visits on Day 1. Id Kah Mosque is one of the best-known Islamic landmarks in Kashgar and an important part of the city’s cultural heritage.
In the afternoon, head to the Kashgar Bazaar, one of the most fascinating places to experience local life. Browse stalls selling spices, dried fruits, nuts, textiles, handicrafts and other local products. The lively market atmosphere offers plenty of opportunities to observe traditional commerce and everyday life in Kashgar.
After the bazaar visit, return to your hotel in the evening. Your 2-day Kashgar tour ends with an overnight stay in Kashgar.
