D1 Urumqi – Tianchi Lake – International Bazaar – Urumqi

 

Your private guide and driver will pick you up from your hotel in Urumqi in the morning and drive for about one hour to Tianchi Lake (Heavenly Lake), one of the most scenic natural attractions near Urumqi.

 

Surrounded by snow-capped mountains and alpine forests, Tianchi Lake is famous for its crystal-clear turquoise waters and beautiful mountain scenery. Take a relaxing walk along the lakeshore and enjoy the peaceful landscape. On a clear day, you may also have a chance to see the snow-covered peaks reflected in the lake.

 

In the afternoon, return to Urumqi and visit the International Bazaar, one of the city’s most popular places to experience the local atmosphere and explore Xinjiang’s diverse cultures. Stroll through the lively market and browse a wide range of traditional handicrafts, ethnic textiles, souvenirs, dried fruits, spices, and other local products. You can also enjoy the fun of bargaining with local shopkeepers while looking for interesting souvenirs.

 

After the visit, your guide and driver will transfer you back to your hotel in Urumqi in the late afternoon, bringing your Urumqi and Tianchi Lake day tour to an end.

3. Private Transfers during tour. Our guide and driver will pick-up you at your hotel on time and drop-off you after the tours. And an air-conditioned vehicle will be provided during the tour.
