Shuanglang , a small town in the northeast of Dali . Due to it's beautiful sightseeing,it has a honorable name: the most scenic town around Erhai lake. This small town, or rather a fishing village, doesn’t have many sights to offer but it is no less charming due to that tranquil, slow-pace and peaceful life it leads. It has a wonderful climate all year around. In spring, flowers come into blossom and temperature is comfortable for everyone. In summer, it is cool ,so it's a good place to beat the heat. When fall comes, you can seethe blue sky and white clouds every day. In winter, it is the heaven to soak up the warm sunshine.
Shuanglang Old Town is surrounded by mountains on three sides, and one side facing the Erhai lake. Shuanglang was a simple fishing village of erhai lake in the past. Many houses are built by the Erhai lake, open the window is Erhai lake, people's life is closely related to erhai lake, but with the development of the economy and tourism, many national characteristics of houes and the construction of the home stay facility are built, it is now "the first town of Erhai lake scenery". Quietness is one of the characteristics of double corridors, and then people can look at the sea and the island, which is reputated as "Penglai Fairy Island" , or mini Putuo mountain in Erhai.
