Zhangmu Port
Located in the southern foothills of the Himalayas in Tibet Autonomous Region, Zhangmu Town (also known as Nyalam Zhangmu or Zangmu) is a unique border town connecting China and Nepal. Situated about 776 kilometers from Lhasa, Zhangmu lies near the China–Nepal Friendship Bridge and serves as an important gateway between the Tibetan Plateau and South Asia.
