Furong Cave and Furong River in Wulong
Furong River originates in Suiyang County, Tongzi, Guizhou Province, with a total length of 243 kilometers, and enters Chongqing municipality in Haokou Township, Wulong. From south to north, in the 35 kilome

Furong Cave is located in Wulong County Jiangkou Town 4 kilometers from the Furong River bank. Found in May, 1993. After two field surveys by relevant karst cave research institutions in China and Australia, it is evaluated as: "wonders of the world, first-class cave scenic spot", "an underground art palace and cave science museum".
The main cave of Furong Cave is 2,700 meters long, with a total area of 37,000 square meters, among
which the "Brilliant Hall" covers an area of 11,000 square meters, is the most spectacular. The stalactite type in the cave almost includes the deposition characteristics of nearly 30 kinds of caves in the world. Among them, there are stone waterfalls and stone curtains 15 meters wide and 21 meters high, smooth as jade brown tung-shaped stalagmites, bright like starry curly stones and stone flowers, its number, the beauty of shape, clean texture, wide distribution, is rare in China.
