Peng zu Culture of Daoism and Sex
Pengzu, whose surname was Qian actually, and given name is Keng. Peng Zu was the great-grandson of the Emperor Zhuanxu among the Three Sovereigns and Five Emperors. He was also a revered figure in Taoism.

According to ancient books, Pengzu was the longest-lived man in ancient China: Peng Zu was said to live through the Xia, Shang, and Zhou dynasties from the Emperor of Yao onward, reaching over 800 years of age. His disciples also lived to about 500 years old. Pengzu once served as the Keeper of the Imperial Archives during the Shang Dynasty and held the rank of government minister. It is said that Pengzu often consumed water caltrop powder and deer antler powder, and was skilled in sexual techniques, guiding and regulating Qi. He married 49 wives and had over 80 children throughout his life. He also taught health preservation techniques to women like Cai Nv and the emperor of Shang. Later, Pengzu traveled the world and ascended to immortality. Pengzu is considered the founder of Chinese health preservation culture, the patriarch of Chinese cuisine, the progenitor of Chinese martial arts culture, and the earliest master of sexology in Chinese history. Pengzu studied under Yin Shouzi and learned his Dao. He lived in seclusion on Wuyi Mountain, and in his later years, he returned to Pengzu Mountain. Based on the changes in his social and natural environment, he combined clothing, food, housing, transportation, exercise, and medicinal adjustments, and summarized a comprehensive system of longevity and health preservation techniques, including guiding and regulating qi, sexual techniques, and dietary practices.

Pengzu Culture:
Pengzu's philosophy and health-preserving techniques have had a profound and enduring influence. Throughout history, Daoist and medical texts have preserved fragments of Pengzu's health-preserving practices. Pengzu's health-preserving methods are records of human healthcare practices from the late primitive society. These methods can be broadly categorized into Pengzu's cultivation techniques, guiding techniques, breathing techniques, bedroom techniques, and cooking techniques. Pengzu is considered the founder of cooking and the ancestor of chefs. According to legend, he was praised for his skill in preparing a delicious pheasant soup (wild chicken soup) for Emperor Yao. Pengzu's' pheasant soup method 'gradually evolved into the' cooking method, 'and pheasant soup is the earliest recorded dish in Chinese literature, known as the' first soup under heaven. 'The' Brief History of Chinese Cooking 'describes Pengzu as' China's first renowned professional chef,' and he is still revered as the patriarch of the culinary profession.

Pengzu's martial arts culture
Pengzu's martial arts culture pioneered the development of martial arts. Over 4,300 years ago, Pengzu created the Qigong Guiding Technique, aiming to achieve the state of' guiding qi to harmony and guiding the body to suppleness, 'which is considered one of the earliest ancient fitness practices in China. This technique is the earliest form of Chinese martial arts. Pengzu's guiding techniques have proven highly effective in preventing diseases, extending life, and enhancing physical health. Later generations developed various martial arts routines, such as the Five Animal Exercises, Yi Jin Jing, Ba Duan Jin, and Tai Chi Chuan, from these techniques.

Pengzu Sexual Culture:
Pengzu, the founder of Chinese sexual culture and health preservation, is a significant figure in ancient China. Like Confucianism and Taoism, sexual culture had a profound impact on ancient China. Pengzu was the first to discover that sexual activity between men and women is closely linked to longevity. Through his exploration and summarization, he developed a comprehensive set of secrets for longevity, known as the three techniques of Pengzu's longevity, with the sexual technique being the most prominent. Pengzu placed particular emphasis on maintaining yin essence in sexual relations. He believed that understanding the principles of yin and yang changes is essential, and thus, maintaining yin essence and understanding these principles are mutually reinforcing. In summary, Pengzu emphasized the importance of a harmonious relationship between men and women, which he saw as naturally occurring like the universe. The universe remains eternal because it adheres to the correct principles of sexual interaction.

Pengzu Guiding Technique of QI
Pengzu Guiding Technique, also known as Pengzu Guiding Qi Circulation Technique, is considered the prototype of Chinese martial arts and the cornerstone of martial arts qigong. It is a practical method for health and fitness, offering benefits such as qi circulation, blood activation, essence nourishment, marrow enhancement, beauty, complexion improvement, and immune system strengthening. Pengzu Guiding Technique can be learned at the Pengzu Mountain Scenic Area's Qi Gathering Field. The technique consists of nine simple and easy-to-learn movements, divided into three parts: longevity health guidance, longevity therapy guidance, and Pengzu Immortal Guidance. Pengzu Dietary Therapy focuses on nourishing the body's essence, qi, and spirit through diet or medicinal food, adjusting the internal yin-yang and five elements relationships to achieve a harmonious and balanced system and organ function, ultimately leading to health and longevity. The key principles of Pengzu Dietary Therapy include 'carefully balancing the five flavors,'  'food and medicine share the same origin,' and 'moderate eating.'

Pengzu's Sex Art
Pengzu's Sex Art, also known as the' harmonization of qi 'technique for couples, is an ancient Chinese form of sexual science. It involves practicing moderation in sexual activity to preserve essence and nourish the brain. From a modern sexual science perspective, Pengzu's Sex Art primarily covers aspects such as sexual knowledge, techniques, treatment of sexual dysfunction, and conception. It is not limited to sex but integrates it with qigong, health preservation, and the pursuit of immortality or longevity. Pengzu's Sex Art philosophy has had a profound impact on the study of sexual science in later generations, with figures like Su Nv, Xuan Nv and Cai Nv all learning from Pengzu. One of the most important works on sexual science in ancient China, ——' The Classic of Su Nv, 'contains many of Pengzu's ideas, such as 'men desire women, women desire men; their emotions and intentions are harmonized, both bringing joy to the heart.' This reflects an egalitarian view of gender, recognizing women's sexual rights and emphasizing that during sexual intercourse, the man must consider and care for the woman, showing' harmonized emotions and intentions, both with love,' rather than just seeking temporary pleasure. This idea was particularly valuable in a society where men ruled and oppressed women.
