Jiuzhaigou，or Jiuzhai Valley, got its name from Nine Tibetan villages in the valley. It is located in the deep mountain of Mingshan in the edge of east Tibetan plateau. The 40 Km long valley runs North-South ward with the highest peak of 4764 meter. Jiuzhaigou has rich recourse of plants and animals, the most important of all, the natural view are very special. Hundreds of beautiful snow mountain lakes, many of grand waterfalls, dense virgin forest, precious animals and snow peaks surrounding, all built up the beautiful and magic nature reserve. In 1992 it was accepted by the UNESCO as “the World Natural Heritage List”. It is also called fairyland on the earth.
Huanglong National park is also called "Se'ercuo" in Tibetan language meaning the golden lake. Local Tibetans believe the colored ponds of Huanglong and the sacred mountain Xuebaoding are an indivisible integrity; the shining colored ponds being tributes to the sacred mountain. Secondly, Huanglong is so called Yellow Dragon Park, all because of its fascinating landscapes and respectful temples and monasteries.

Option1 : 3 Days Jiuzhaigou Tour with round flights
Take flight to Huanglong airport. Then you will move from sea level 500 meters of Chengdu to 3448 meters of Huanglong airport. Once arrive at airport, the local driver will take you to hotel to have a rest. The hotel in Chuanzhusi is near the airport approximately 16km, 21 minutes driving.

D2 Your hotel - Huanglong National Park - Jiuzhaigou
Today, your guide and driver will take you to Huanglong National Park. You will start a hiking tour of 4 hours, 2 hours up and 2 hours down and hiking from gate of 3070 meters to Huanglong Monastery of 3558 meters, and then return. Specific arrangement can be adjusted by actual situation. The up cable car is included. Just enjoy the beautiful alphine mountain forest and colorful calcified lakes en route. And eventually you will arrive at the Wucaichi Lake. After you descend the mountain, you will head for Jiuzhaigou Valley by 3hr’s driving.

D3 Jiuzhaigou Excursion - Huanglong airport - Chengdu
Get up in the early morning today, and then go to the gate of Jiuzhaigou National Park with your guide. There you will board local environment protecting bus to visit the valleys.
In Jiuzhaigou valley, many beautiful lakes, waterfalls, rivers and virgin forest are scattered. Local Tibetan granted each of them romantic names, such as Panda Sea, Pearl Sea, Long Sea, etc, and these lakes shining like jade, pearl in the mountain and forest. Jiuzhaigou valley could be the best gift from our nature, and it deserves the fame of Fairy Land on the earth! Your guide will introduce unique scenic to you. In the afternoon you will exit the valleys and return to airport to take night flight back to Chengdu. The driver in Chengdu will wait for you at the chengdu airport and send you back to your Chengdu hotel.

Today after breakfast, your tour guide will pick you up in your hotel, then drive to Songpan County, which is a popular town near to Huanglong National Park. You could enjoy the beautiful scenery en route. After arrival at Songpan County, have a rest in your hotel.
Day 2 Songpan - Huanglong - Jiuzhaigou Valley (B, L, D)
After breakfast, your tour guide will escort you to visit the Huanglong National Park.
