Chengdu Panda Base Private Half-Day Tour
You can choose your preferred departure time between 8:00 and 15:00, making this tour easy to fit into your Chengdu itinerary. Your private driver and guide will pick you up at your hotel and drive approximately 40 minutes to the Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding.
Upon arrival, you will walk through the beautiful bamboo-filled grounds of the Panda Base and visit different panda enclosures. You will have the opportunity to observe giant pandas at close range as they eat bamboo, climb, play, and relax in their natural-looking surroundings.
Younger pandas are often particularly active and entertaining. Watch them explore their surroundings, interact with each other, and make their adorable movements while playing and feeding.
There will be plenty of opportunities to take photos and capture memorable moments with these beloved animals. The visit to the Panda Base usually takes approximately 2–3 hours, after which your private driver will transfer you back to your hotel.
