China Luoyang Peony Culture Festival, formerly known as Luoyang Peony Flower Fair, 
began in the Sui Dynasty and has a history of more than 1,600 years. The Peony Culture Festival is usually held at the end of March and early April and lasts for about 20 days. It is said htat flowers bloom and fall for twenty days, and the whole city are crazy for them.
In 2008, Luoyang Peony Flower Fair was selected into the national intangible cultural Heritage list. Now the Luoyang Peony Cultural Festival has become a large-scale comprehensive economic and cultural activity that integrates flower appreciation, tourism, economic and trade cooperation and exchanges. It has become a platform for Luoyang to develop its economy and a window to display the city image, a bridge for Luoyang to the world and a name card for the world to understand Luoyang.

1. Wangcheng Park:
Features: The birthplace of the first Peony Flower Fair, with more than 880 varieties and more than 150,000 peonies, including the exclusively cultivated rare variety "Jinsi guanting". The park is divided into seven viewing areas, combined with the cultural landscape and immersive flower god activities, suitable for family tourists.

Flowering period: early flower varieties open around April 1, and middle and evening flowers continue until the end of April.
2. Botanical Garden of Sui and Tang Dynasties City Ruins
Highlights: More than 300,000 peonies are planted in the Peony Garden, including the only "silver silk roof" in Luoyang (24 hours of special guard). Combined with the real performance to create an immersive experience, such as the theme activity of "appreciating the national flower and peony, feeling the prosperous Sui and Tang Dynasties".

Flowering period: since April 1, the early flower varieties have opened, and the temperature-controlled peony has shown its appearance.
3. Garden of China National Flowers
Advantages: The largest peony special garden in China, with 450 mu of peony, 650,000 plants, and a flowering period of 45 days (from the end of March to after May Day). There is an intelligent temperature control hall to extend the flowering period, and it is recommended to punch in the "Fengdan Forest" and "national bed sheet" flower sea landscape.
