Tang Paradise
Situated to the north of original Furong Garden of the Tang Dynasty (618 - 709), the Tang Paradise covers an area of 1,000 mu (164.7 acres), of which water surface is 300 mu (49.4 acres). It is renowned as the largest culture theme park in Northwest China, the first grand royal garden style culture theme park in China with the comprehensive exhibit of the prosperous Tang Dynasty. The Furong Garden, built in 483 AD, has been the famous imperial garden for long. The garden is divided into 12 thematic areas including monarchs, poems, folk world, diet, the female, tea culture, religion, technology, diplomacy, imperial exam as well as singing and dancing. The scenic spots designed vividly reproduce the prosperity and artistic achievement of the Tang Dynasty. Specifically, there are Ziyun Mansion, Shinü Pavilion, Yuyan Palace, Fanglin Garden, Fengming Jiutian Theater, Xingyuan Garden, Lu Yu Teahouse, Tang-style Market, Qujiang Liuyin Garden and so on.
