It was built in the beginning of Ming Dynasty and was a special section of the Ming Great Wall. As an important Pass, Ba Da Ling Great Wall means getting to all the directions in English. The total length is 4500 meters. Many beacon towers, watch towers add more magnificence to the Great Wall.

Your guide will pick you up from your hotel between 7:00 am and 8:30 am, and begin your Beijing sightseeing journey.
First, drive approximately 1 hour to the spectacular Summer Palace, the largest and best-preserved imperial garden in China.
Originally built as a royal retreat for the Qing Dynasty imperial family, the Summer Palace combines beautiful natural scenery with magnificent traditional architecture. Centered around Kunming Lake and Longevity Hill, the garden features elegant pavilions, temples, bridges, and landscaped pathways, making it a masterpiece of Chinese garden design.
After exploring the Summer Palace, continue to a traditional Jade Carving Factory before lunch.
Jade carving is one of China’s most famous traditional handicrafts, combining exquisite artistic techniques with deep cultural symbolism. During the visit, you can learn about the history of Chinese jade culture and appreciate beautifully crafted jade artworks.
Enjoy a traditional Chinese lunch at Longdi Restaurant.
After lunch, drive approximately 1.5 hours to the Badaling Great Wall.
As the most famous and one of the best-preserved sections of the Great Wall, Badaling was an important military defense structure protecting ancient Beijing. Located in a mountainous area, the highest point of this section reaches around 800 meters above sea level, offering spectacular views of the surrounding landscape.
You will have time to walk along the ancient wall, visit the watchtowers, and enjoy the impressive scenery. A cable car is available as an optional choice for visitors who prefer a more comfortable way to experience the Great Wall.
Before returning to your hotel, enjoy a short visit to a traditional pearl market, where you can learn about Chinese pearl culture and browse local products.
After the tour, your guide will transfer you back to your hotel.
