The Great wall, symbolizing China’s ancient civilization, is one of the world’s most renowned projects. It is a distance of 75 kilometers northwest of Beijing. Its highest point at Badaling is some 800 meters above sea level. A well-known popular saying goes: ‘He who hasn’t been to Great Wall is not a true man’. Located in Yan Qing northwest of Beijing. It was built in the beginning of Ming Dynasty and was a special section of the Ming Great Wall. As an important Pass, Ba Da Ling Great Wall means getting to all the directions in English. The total length is 4500 meters. Many beacon towers, watch towers add more magnificence to the Great Wall.

D1 Arrive in Beijing
Upon arrival in Beijing, you will be met at the airport by your private guide and driver. After the airport pickup, enjoy one of Beijing’s most famous culinary specialties — Beijing Roast Duck.
In the evening, experience a traditional Chinese performance of your choice, including a Kung Fu show, Acrobatics show or Beijing Opera. After the performance, you will be transferred to your hotel for a good rest.
D2 Beijing / Badaling Great Wall / Summer Palace
After breakfast, your guide and driver will pick you up from your hotel and drive to the Badaling Great Wall, the most famous and one of the best-preserved sections of the Great Wall near Beijing.
Enjoy approximately 2 hours of hiking on the Great Wall, taking in the magnificent watchtowers, mountain scenery and historic defensive structures. The highest point of the Badaling section is about 800 meters above sea level, offering impressive views of the surrounding mountains.
If you prefer to save energy or reach the higher sections more easily, a cable car is available as an optional service.
After lunch, continue to the Summer Palace, the largest and one of the most beautiful imperial gardens in China. Originally built as an imperial retreat, the Summer Palace combines traditional Chinese architecture, landscaped gardens, Kunming Lake and Longevity Hill. It is widely regarded as a remarkable living museum of traditional Chinese garden design.
After sightseeing, you will be transferred back to your hotel.
D3 Beijing City Tour: Tian’anmen Square & Forbidden City
Your guide and driver will pick you up from your hotel between 7:00 am and 8:30 am.
Your Beijing city tour starts at Tian’anmen Square, one of the largest public squares in the world and an important landmark in China’s modern history. The square is surrounded by a number of significant monuments and historic buildings.
From Tian’anmen Square, continue to the Forbidden City, the largest and one of the best-preserved ancient imperial palace complexes in the world. With more than 500 years of history, the Forbidden City served as the imperial palace and political center of China during the Ming and Qing dynasties.
You will explore the Forbidden City along its central north-south axis for approximately 2 hours, discovering its grand courtyards, ceremonial halls and historic imperial architecture.
After the visit, your 3-day Beijing tour comes to an end.
