Day 1: Arrive in Kaili – Xijiang Miao Village

 

Arrive at Kaili Railway Station around noon by high-speed train from Guiyang or another city in China. Meet your private tour guide at the station and drive to Xijiang Miao Village, one of the most famous Miao villages in Guizhou.

 

Nestled among the mountains, Xijiang is renowned for its spectacular collection of traditional Miao wooden houses. Thousands of houses are built along the hillsides, creating a unique landscape where traditional village life blends naturally with the surrounding mountains and rice terraces.

 

Take a relaxing walk through the village and enjoy the beautiful combination of Miao architecture, terraced fields and mountain scenery. You will also have the opportunity to observe traditional Miao customs and experience the peaceful atmosphere of village life.

 

In the evening, enjoy the charming atmosphere of Xijiang as the village lights begin to illuminate the hillsides.

Day 2: Xijiang – Langde Miao Village – Kaili Departure

 

Enjoy a quiet morning in Xijiang Miao Village. Take a leisurely walk through the narrow village lanes and enjoy the mountain scenery before leaving for Langde Miao Village.

 

Compared with the larger and more popular Xijiang Miao Village, Langde is a smaller and quieter traditional Miao community. It is known for its well-preserved traditional architecture, local customs and Miao cultural traditions.

 

Take a walk around the village and discover its traditional wooden houses, ancient paths and peaceful surroundings. If you are lucky, you may also have the chance to see a traditional Miao welcoming ceremony, featuring local singing, dancing and other folk customs.

 

In the afternoon, your guide will drive you back to Kaili Railway Station for your onward high-speed train to Guiyang or another destination.

 

Your 2-day Kaili and Miao villages tour ends at Kaili Railway Station.

2. Guide. An English speaking guide will be provided, who will accompany you from the start of tour to end of tour.

3. Private Transfers during tour. Our guide and driver will pick-up you at your hotel on time and drop-off you after the tours. And an air-conditioned vehicle will be provided during the tour.

4. Hotel. Provide 1 night’s hotel, 4 star level hotels. Every two people share one room.

5. Service Charge & Government Taxes.

6. 2 meals, lunched and dinners.

7. Insurance.  We provide a free insurance of accident and casualty for each traveler. The highest refund is RMB 300000.00. Detailed terms please view our contract with Ping An of China.
