Detailed Itinerary:
D1 Arrive in Chengdu
Arrive in Chengdu at noon, receive a warm pick-up from local guide, and then transfer to hotel. Walk around in the pretty garden of Dufu Thatched Cottage in the late afternoon as a way of rest. Enjoy the pretty park, have a lecture of Chinese literature. And sipping a cup of tea in the bamboo garden will be the first step for your relaxing tours. At dinner you will enjoy a delicious banquet of Sichuan Cuisine (Szchuan).
D2 Chengdu / Jiuzhaigou / Huanglong
Take bullet train to Jiuzhaigou airport in the morning, and then head for Huanglong (Yellow Dragon) National Park. Hiking up to the summit above 3,000 meters in altitude will be a challenge for your, but the pretty nature of colorful lakes and forests are absolutely worth.
D3 Huanglong / Jiuzhaigou National Park
Head to Jiuzhaigou National Park in the morning, and then you will take local sightseeing bus to visit one valley. Pearl like lakes, virgin forests, waterfalls, Tibetan villages, all built up beautiful mountain and river picture.
D4 Jiuzhaigou Valley Excursion
Today you will continue to visit another two valleys in Jiuzhaigou National park. In the evening you will take part in a Tibetan Evening party. It is a time of complete relaxes. The excellent Tibetan will offer us an excellent Tibetan dancing and songs shows.
D5 Jiuzhaigou / Chengdu / Dujiangyan Irrigation Project.
In the morning you will take train back to Chengdu, then head for Dujiangyan Irrigation Project. It is a great Dam with over 2,000 years history and still in function. In the dinner you will enjoy delicious Chinese medicine herbal banquet.
D6 Sanxingdui Museum / Panda Garden Visit
Today you will explore the mysterious ancient civilization of Yangtze drainage in Sanxingdui Museum (Three Star Museum) firstly. Every excavated ware is a marvelous art craft for us. In the afternoon you will visit Panda Breeding Research Base, in which you will have closest touch with this lovely creature. Watch Sichuan Opera in the evening. Magic shows of mask changing will leave unforgettable memory for you.
D7 Chengdu / Leshan / Chengdu
You will drive to Leshan Giant Buddha about 120 km away. Here you will ride a boat to enjoy this sacred Buddhism sculpture in distance, which is the largest Buddha Statue in the world. Then you will stand on the ground to touch its feet as a way of worshiping fortune. Return to Chengdu in the afternoon, and then you will visit the Silk Factory. Embroidery of Su section had been well known in ancient Silk Road. In the evening you will try the spicy famed Sichuan Hot Pot.
D8 Chengdu Departure
In the morning you will visit the Wuhou Marquis Temple, in which you will view the interesting Three Kingdoms existed 2,000 years. Try to learn some ancient Chinese military strategy and apply them to your life and business. Then you will bid farewell to Chengdu and fly back your home.
