Get your Chinese driving license and plate in local traffic police station. It may take long time for various checking and application today, depend on your vehicle situation. Please wait patiently. When things are finished, so you can leave to Jinghong. If time allowed, you can visit the Botanic garden in the city.

Note: It is based on one car with two drivers. And US$ 400.00 per person will be charged for extra passengers, and US $ 75 per person will be charged for the extra driving license.

1. All of the necessary government paper works application accordingly .
2. One English speaking guide. He will seat in one of the car, so there must leave one seat for him. And he pay for his meals and accommodation himself.
3. Government Compulsory Vehicle Insurance, which pay RMB 100,000.00 as highest for the kill of the third party people and RMB 2000.00 for the lost of property .
4. Accident insurance for the drivers and passengers with the highest refund of RMB300,000.00 per person. The compensation terms is subject to the Chinese insurance company.
5. China Custom declaration for the vehicle entering China and leaving China.
6. The travel permits of the traveller accordingly.
7. Application of the Chinese temporal driving license and driving plate. The eventual issuing depend on the condition of travelers own vehicle quality and health.The third time you need to pay yourself. And each car we provided only one free temporal driving licenses, and US $ 75 per person will be charged for the extra driving license.

Price not included:
1. Oil, vehicle maintenance, parking fee, toll gate fees during your tour in China.
2. Your meals, accommodation and tour site tickets. You can stay in motor home or camping when the condition is suitable. And you can also stay in hotel if you like and pay for it in cash yourselves.
3. China visa application or China visa extension fees.
4. China Custom Deposit of the vehicle. Any of the foreign vehicle enter China need to pay deposit to China custom according to the vehicle value, which will be paid back after its leaving. And we can also deliver the China Custom deposit for the convenience of traveler, but there will be extra bank service, which is 5% per car per month according to the evaluation of the vehicle in China.

C. The files we require from you:
1. The information of your organization or travel agency or name, including your name, nationality, address, contact, the purpose of the travel.
2. The vehicle’s files: The clear pictures of them in front, side, back. Each of them should be 2 pieces. The copies of vehicle's registration paper in your country. You also need to state clearly about the vehicle, including their brands, place of production, engine numbers, chassis numbers, their value, their driving plate in your country, the name of their owner.
3. The drivers’ files : their names, nationalities, gender, occupation, passport numbers. They should be accord with your passport. The copy of their driving license in their country or their international driving license, which should be qualified in driving your car. Their ID photo , which we will use to obtain driving license. 8 pieces.
4. The information of passengers, including their names, nationalities, gender, occupation, passport numbers and copy of passport.
5. The annual vehicle quality test certificate.
Note:
1. All of the files you can send us through email scanning copies.
2. The driver should obey China laws, including traffic, security, and others.
3. The organizing works are complex procedure with strong government facilities, so we suggest early work on it in order to ensure everything runs smoothly.
D Special Attention:
1.Because it is group tours, all of the vehicles and travelers are bounded together, so you must enter and exit China together at the same boarder at the same time.
2.The Compulsory Vehicle insurance may not enough to cover all of the risk of accident in China, so you need to buy more insurance yourself in China or your own country.
3.It is the traffic police’s right to decide if your vehicle will be on the test line. Our cost included only twice free tests. If your vehicle does not qualified traffic police’s test on the third time, you need to repair it and test it again, and you need to pay the reparation and test yourself.
