China Custom deposit is a must to pay at Chinese border, which can be different amount at different border, and at Kyrghyzstan border it is about USD 7000 per car (and the more expensive the car is, the higher deposit charges), it is high for many guests so noramally as tour agency we will pay for the guests, but guests are expected to pay some service charge to us, as it is a lot of money and we will take risk. Some guests still think it's better that they pay the deposit on their own, but guests can't pay directly to the border, they have to pay to us in advance, and the deposit will be returned to us after you come back to your own country and even 2 months later. And finally we can return back to you. So most guests think the dervice charge way is more convenient.

It is based on one car with two passengers, and only one driving license provided, extra diving license US $ 150.00. If there are more passengers in the car, extra US $ 300.00/ per person will be charged.

1). When insurant has responsibility for the accidents, so the highest refund to the third party is RMB 2000 in property, RMB 10000 in medicinal treatment, and RMB 110000 for death or physical disability.

2).When the insurant has no responsibility for the accidents, so the highest refund to the third party is RMB 100 in property, RMB 1000 in medicinal treatment, and RMB 110000 for death or physical disability.

And the compensation is to be paid by the insurance company after it received qualified files and official letter from traffic police department. The compensation terms are subjected to the insurrance company. Part B is not responsible for any accident cause by the vehicle or driver of Part A, and any accident by the thrid party.

2. The vehicle’s files: The clear pictures of them in front, side, back. Each of them should be 2 pieces. The copies of vehicle's registration paper in your country. You also need to state clearly about the vehicle, including their brands, place of production, engine numbers, chassis numbers, their value, their driving plate in your country, the name of their owner.       
3.  The drivers’ files : their names, nationalities, gender, occupation, passport numbers. They should be accord with your passport. The copy of their driving license in their country or their international driving license, which should be qualified in driving your car. 4. The information of passengers, including their names, nationalities, gender, occupation, passport numbers and copy of passport.      
5. The annual vehicle Test certificate.

3.  The overland travel we provided is only for sightseeing tours friendly, any activity disobeys China law should be handed up to police department. Any activities of taking film for the military base, trucks are absolutely dangerous and will cause problem.   
4. The obtaining work is a very complex procedure with strong government facilities, so we suggest early work on it in order to ensure everything runs smoothly.

1. The route is permit by the government strictly, so the group can not deviate it except on urgent situation.

2. Because it is group tours, all of the vehicles and travelers are bounded together, so you must enter and exit China together at the same boarder at the same time.

4. If for anyone's own irresistible reason that makes other guests can't go in or out on time, such as illness and car accident, etc, he or she should take responsibility for that.
