D1 Lanzhou — Badain Jaran Town 453km, driving 5 hrs
Meet with your tour guide in Lanzhou, and then drive to Badain Jaran Town all the day, enjoy the Gebi desert en route all the day, and arrive in Badanjilin Town of Alashan Youqi city. Night in local hotel.

D2 Badain Jaran Desert Expedition 75 kms 1 hours driving in desert high way.
In the morning you will head for the Dadanjilin Geo National Park in 75 kms about 1 hour’s driving, which is the third largest desert in China, also the most beautiful desert in China. And here you will change local 4WD desert jeep, and your driver will take you to experience the waving desert, climbing up and down one and another desert mountain in the car. And there are also a lot of beautiful lakes in the desert. The total driving will be about 4-5 hours in desert.
Today you will stay in local shepherd’s Yurt on the some lakeside. In the evening, you enjoy the beautiful night sky with stars as well as the quietness of desert.
D3 Badain Jaran Desert - Zhangye 243 km, driving about 3hrs
Get up in the early morning to watch the Sun Rise on desert, and then continue the driving tour in the sea of desert. And exit the desert at noon in about 2-3 hours, and then drive to Zhangye in the afternoon in about 3 hours’ driving in highway. Enjoy the Gebi desert and villages en route. Night in local hotel.
D4 Zhangye - Jiayuguan 260 kms, driving 4 hrs
In the morning drive about 1 hour to Qicai Danxia GEO park, where you will enjoy the beautiful Landscape of Danxia. In the afternoon continue to drive to Jiayuguan in about 3 hrs, enjoy the ruin of Great Wall en route. Night in local hotel.
D5 Jiayuguan - Dunhuang 386 Kms, driving 4 hrs
In the morning you will visit the Tower of Jiayuguan Pass, which used to be the most important pass on Silk Road. And then you drive about 4 hours to ancient Dunhuang city. It is the most important station on Silk Road 1000 years ago. Night in local hotel.
D6 Dunhuang Tour
Today you will visit the Mogao Grottoes, in which you will enjoy the various beautiful wall paiting and sultpture 1000 years agao. It is also the World Class Heritage enlisted by UNESCO. And in the afternoon you will visit Minsha hill, where you will also enjoy beautiful Crescent Moon Spring in the desert. Although you have visited many beautiful desert lakes in Badain Jaron, it is still deserted to visit.

In the morning you will visit the Confucius Temple in Wuwei, which is said to be the largest in North West China.And you can also drop a visit in local marke to explore the real life of local Chinese people. And then you will return Lanzhou in 3 hours’ driving. You can fly to other city or take train from Lanzhou. End of the tour.
