MBA students from Portland State University visiting Chengdu High-tech Zone with organization of Chengdu Jason Tour
Students from MBA Dept of Portland State University visited Chengdu high-tech zone with the organization of Chengdu Jason Tour on 23rd Aug, 2018.
Under the reception of the high-tech zone government, professor Wang and professor Jay, together with the students of International logistics Supply Chain Management major, visited Sichuan Province Information Logistics Service company and Chengdu Jingwei technology company, one of the most representative startup companies in high-tech zone. During the visit of Sichuan Province Information Logistics Service company , the company's main managers and technical representatives presented and explained the development and management of logistics supply chain in the high-tech zone in detail, meanwhile having in-depth discussion of the international logistics supply chain management. Chengdu Jingwei technology company’s chief leader explained modern technologies used in the process of logistics supply chain to teachers and students, such as the key role of GPS positioning in logistics management system.
With the cooperation of all Jason members, it carries on softly and effectively and ended with success. Through this visit to the high-tech zone,MBA students of Portland State University to gain more practical experience and theoretical knowledge in the cognitive aspect of modern international logistics Supply Chain Management.
