Day 2 Chengdu/Qingchengshan （B/L/D）
Your tour start with the Panda Base (exclude battery car)today, here , you can see the most lovely creature in the world, you will watch them playing, eating, and you can also take picture for them, it is free . After that, transfer to Qingchengshan(exclude cable car), which is famous as a Taoism holy place in China. You will overnight at the scenic area.

Day3 Qingchengshan （B/L/D）
you will have full day Taichi lesson here. Quite and beautiful Taoism holy place is the best place to learn Taichi. Deep inside this mountain , you will learn why Taoist always choose mountain area for practicing .

Day4 Qingchengshan（B/L/D）
Continue your Taichi lesson today, totally immerse yourself in the Taoism atmosphere.

Day5 Qingchengshan/Chengdu（B/L/D）
In the morning, continue your Taichi lesson, at noon, exit the Qingchengshan scenic area, head for Sichuan Cuisine Museum, here , you will have a chance to learn how to cook Sichuan food, and some knowledge of Sihcuan cuisine. Overnight in Chengdu

Day6 Chengdu/Leshan/Emeishan （B/L/D）
After breakfast, visit the Qingyanggong Taoist Temple where a Chinese Taichi master will give you one lesson about Taichi. After lunch, head to Leshan, visit the Leshan Big Buddha(exclude boat ride on Dadu River), it is the biggest stone Buddha statue in the word ,after that, head to Mt. Emei.

Day7 Emeishan/Chengdu （B/L/D）
After a good sleeping, get up in the early morning, and then your pilgrimage tour to Emeishan mountain(include public sightseeing bus and round trip cable car Of Jinding) starts. You will firstly take local environment bus to the Golden summit of mountain. It is a beautiful but huge mountain, taking more than 1 hour's driving to the parking ground of Leidongping. After you get off the bus, you will continue walking about 30 minutes to the start of cable car. It is a mountain trail, and you may encounter some monkeys begging food in the mountain trail. And after 30 minute's cable car, you will arrive at the top of Emeishan mountain. When sky is clear, you can overlook the Sichuan Basin, or even see the snow peak of Mt Gongka hundreds miles away. And the huge golden Buddha Statue is looking into 10 directions by his 10 faces. after that, go back to Chengdu. Practice Taichi for 1 hour in the evening.

Day8 Chengdu/Lasha (B)D8
After breakfast at hotel, your guide will send you to airport for your flight to Lasha, on arrival, the local guide will pick up you at the airport,then send you to your hotel, free in the afternoon

Day9 Lasha （B/L/D）D9
After breakfast, you will visit The Potala Palace, the winter palace of former Dalai Lama, is the symbol of Tibet culture, so surely it will be in our visit today. You will enjoy the amazing wealth of Tibetan inside as well as its beautiful landscape outside.after lunch , visit the ancient Jorkang Temple, and then enjoy the pleasure of bargaining in the Bazaar of Barkor Street.

Day10 Lasha/Namtso Lake （B/L/D）
On the way to Namtso, you will have a far view of Nyenchen Thanglha Snow Mountain. Enjoy the view of the vast grassland and spectacular natural scenery. You’ll arrive at Namtso after about 2.5 hours . Namtso Lake is the highest salt lake. It means “holy lake” in the Tibetan language. In the early summer, flocks of wild ducks fly to inhabit here and breed their offspring. Wild animals such as black bears, yaks, wild donkeys, bharals, foxes, roe deer and marmots can often be found around the lake. You can do a bit trekking at the lake side.

Day11 Namtso Lake/Lasha （B/L/D）
In the early morning, enjoy the sunrise of Namtso Lake, then back to Lasha, on arrival, visit the Drepung Monastery, the largest monastery in Lasha, and it also has a high reputation in Tibet district.

Day12 Lasha/Gyangz （B/L/D）
Continue your tour to Gyanz, along the way, visit the Yamdrok Lake, enjoy the blue sky, clean water and snow mountains,say good bye to the lake, after about 1.5 hours, you will see the Karola Glacier. On arrival, visit the Castle of Gyangz.

Day13 Gyangz/Shigatse （B/L/D）
Head to Shigatse in the morning, upon arrival, visit the Tashilunpo Monastery , it is one of the Six Big Monasteries of Gelugpa (or Yellow Hat Sect) in Tibet. Also called the Heap of Glory, the monastery is located at the foot of Drolmari (Tara's Mountain), Shigatse. Founded by the First Dailai Lama in 1447, the monastery's structure was expanded by the Fourth and successive Panchen Lamas. And there are now nearly 800 lamas.

Day14 Shigatse/Lasha （B/L/D）
After breakfast, go back to Lasha, visit the Sera Monastery which means wild rose in the Tibetan language, because the hill behind it was covered with wild roses in bloom when the monastery was built. It is well known that monks debating in the afternoon at Sera Monastery, so you can try your chance this afternoon
